With the recent planting of a Japanese Maple in the Memorial Garden, we have now completed all 3 projects relative to the 50^th anniversary celebration of the opening of our sanctuary in 2019. The circular bench at the front of the church was installed in October 2019 and the bench in Erindale Park along the banks of the Credit River was installed in the summer of 2020.  Although COVID held us up somewhat, it didn’t defeat us.

Thanks to Jan Everett and Brian Longley for organizing the planting of this tree and thanks to everyone in the congregation for their financial contribution. Our bench in front of the church and the one beside the Credit River have been well used by our neighbors and the wider community.
